Hiking, Trekking and Bushwalking in the mountains and the forest

Walking excursions that may take from one to several days with stopovers at campsites or mountain refuges.

The trails go along clear streams through attractive landscapes getting inside the forest and up to the mountain ridges and vantage points with superb views to the valleys.

The luggage can be carried by horses to let the people walk light.Hiking or trekking can be enjoyed in the area all year round, though the winter is recommended as the best season.

 



Horse rides with the led of an experienced local guide which may take from one to several days with stopovers at camps and/or neighbouring farms offering accommodations.

The surrounding hills and valleys provide magnificent places for rides of varying degrees of difficulty, the most attractive being those through Transitional Forest sectors and crossing from the Reserve into El Rey Park.

These excursions are possible all the year round but the mild winter sunny days are perhaps the most enjoyable.
