These
are very special tours led by a bird-guide who will show you the
avifauna and provide information on the biology and taxonomy of
the species seen.
The wide range of habitats in the region is home to a great variety
of birds, such as Tinamous ,Herons, Woodpeckers, colourful Parrots
and Hummingbirds, the Seriemas and the Greater Rhea.
Birding Tours
are run all the year round by a Salta-based operator, with programs
of one to five days, the itineraries including sometimes the National
Parks.
